Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.
• CBAP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience documenting functional requirements and supporting technology implementations.

• Engages business users across multiple groups to elicit, analyze, synthesize, and validate business requirements.
• Collaborates with project managers and sponsors to define project scope, priorities, success criteria, and metrics.
