Qualifications

• 3+ years of BA/process improvement/service design experience.
• Service Blueprinting or Journey Mapping experience required.
• Strong process analysis and mapping skills.
• Ability to identify operational dependencies and downstream impacts.
• Experience planning and facilitating structured stakeholder workshops.
• Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication with end users and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create service blueprints and/or journey maps to evaluate experiences and handoffs.
• Map processes across departments and stakeholder groups to uncover dependencies.
• Prioritize requests based on business and operational needs.
• Facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders to uncover needs and drive decisions.
• Gather business needs and critical information from stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across initiatives.
• Develop findings, recommendations, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with project management and cross-functional teams on digital initiatives.
