Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills are essential.
• Progressive experience in business analysis, including designing and testing software solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Jira and GitLab.
• Experience supporting Digital Services projects, with greater consideration paid to individuals with experience migrating applications to the AWS cloud or AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, etc.)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Progressive experience in business analysis, including designing, testing, and implementing software solutions.
• Proven ability to work closely with clients to identify problems and coordinate with developers to deliver solutions.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
