This role is the primary representative of the interests of stakeholders, sponsors, and potential users in the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that solution decisions align with the overall strategy and that Features and User Stories are properly vetted, prepared, executed, and delivered to customers. This role collaborates with others to ensure that proposed solutions meet demonstrated customer needs, are feasible to implement, and can be profitably delivered to customers. This role collaborates with superiors to ensure that the strategic intent described in business epics is appropriately realized in Features and User Stories and makes decisions about when sufficient value has been generated to trim or defer lower value features and stories from the team’s backlog. This role maintains a ready backlog and collaborates with leadership to establish the solution vision and roadmap. The role communicates the strategic vision and outcomes to Delivery Teams while embodying the voice of the customer.

Essential Job Functions

1. Ensure product decisions are aligned with the organization's strategy and communicate the strategic vision and outcomes to other teams
2. Assist others in defining Epic success criteria and desired outcomes
3. Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories
4. Provide solution options considering a balance between capacity and demand
5. Contribute to a ready backlog of actionable work that will flow to cross-functional Delivery Teams, effectively communicating Acceptance Criteria aligned with the Epic
6. Represent the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and interests
7. Conduct user interviews to gain a deeper understanding of customer problems
8. Validate that work is prioritized according to strategic direction
9. Ensure alignment between work delivered in each release and the strategic vision
10. Identify risks and impediments between backlog items and ensure they are effectively managed
11. Coordinate and participate in product releases and change management activities
12. Prepare, organize, and communicate release notes to clients or internal users
13. Create and monitor metrics to help improve the process and verify it is on track
14. Other activities as assigned by your manager

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of industry and/or relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills to identify and propose persona/outcome combinations for business impact
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Proficient understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, representing interests, and fostering collaboration
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align product decisions with organizational strategy
• Proficiency in vetting, preparing, executing, and delivering Features and User Stories
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in conducting user interviews and research to inform decision-making
• Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and strategic alignment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Real estate experience is preferred but not required
• A strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC’s principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and regions

The annual salary range is $100,000 - $115,000, determined through interviews and relevant qualifications. Certain positions may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
