This role is the primary representative of stakeholders, sponsors, and potential users' interests in the organization. It ensures solution decisions align with strategy and that Features and User Stories are vetted, prepared, executed, and delivered to customers. The role collaborates to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs, are feasible, and are profitable. It works with superiors to ensure strategic intent in business epics is realized in Features and User Stories, making decisions on backlog priorities. The role maintains a ready backlog and collaborates with leadership to establish the solution vision and roadmap. It communicates the strategic vision and outcomes to Delivery Teams while embodying the voice of the customer.

Essential Job Functions

1. Ensure product decisions align with the organization's strategy and communicate the strategic vision to teams.
2. Assist in defining Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
3. Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
4. Provide solution options considering capacity and demand.
5. Maintain a ready backlog of actionable work with clear Acceptance Criteria aligned with Epics.
6. Represent the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs.
7. Conduct user interviews to understand customer problems.
8. Prioritize work according to strategic direction.
9. Ensure work in each release aligns with the strategic vision.
10. Identify risks and impediments between backlog items and manage them.
11. Coordinate product releases and change management activities.
12. Prepare and communicate release notes to clients or internal users.
13. Create and monitor metrics to improve processes and track progress.
14. Other duties as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills for business impact analysis.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and OS.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Proficiency in vetting, preparing, and delivering Features and User Stories.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience conducting user interviews and research.
• Familiarity with backlog management and Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC’s principles.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

The annual full-time salary range is $100,000 - $115,000, determined through interviews and relevant experience. Certain positions may be eligible for bonuses. Benefits include PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
