This role represents stakeholders, sponsors, and potential users, ensuring solution decisions align with the overall strategy. Responsibilities include vetting, preparing, executing, and delivering Features and User Stories, collaborating with teams to meet customer needs, and maintaining a strategic backlog.

Essential Job Functions

1. Align product decisions with organizational strategy and communicate the vision.
2. Define success criteria and desired outcomes for Epics.
3. Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
4. Balance capacity and demand to provide solution options.
5. Maintain a ready backlog with clear Acceptance Criteria.
6. Represent the voice of the customer and conduct user interviews.
7. Prioritize work according to strategic goals.
8. Ensure work delivery aligns with the strategic vision.
9. Identify and manage risks and impediments.
10. Coordinate releases and change management activities.
11. Communicate release notes to clients and internal teams.
12. Create and monitor metrics for process improvement.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
3. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
4. Understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and OS.
5. Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
6. Proficiency in vetting, preparing, and delivering Features and User Stories.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Experience conducting user interviews and research.
9. Familiarity with backlog management and Agile methodologies.
10. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
11. Ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
12. Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
