What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business needs and technical requirements
- Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring documentation and verification of processes
- Troubleshoot and document system or process issues, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them
- Create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs
- Monitor project status, identifying risks and ensuring timely deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in functional, operational, business, data, systems, or testing analysis
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies
- Proficient knowledge of HIPAA EDI 837 transactions
