What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for low complexity software and processes
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, including documentation and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot problems in systems and collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions
• Create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience
