We are looking to fill a Temp - IT Business Analyst position to join our expanding IT team. We drive the business forward by delivering new digital capabilities and technologies. Our Temp - IT Business Analysts support the organization by eliciting and documenting requirements, building shared understanding of complex business processes, and coordinating communication among various groups. Skills And Requirements

• BS/BA in a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Minimum of 2 years experience creating requirements, design documents, and test scripts.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Jira, and Confluence or similar software.
• Experience with implementing and supporting Supply Chain and Warehousing systems is strongly preferred.
• Experience with integration projects, specifically with ERPs such as Oracle EBS.
• Effective communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Interest in exploring technology and process improvement.
• Openness to change and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in a GMP environment is helpful.
