Codekeeper is seeking a Business Analyst (Product-Focused) for a remote, product-centered role. You will translate business needs into clear product specs and intuitive user experiences, bridging business analysis with design and development.

The ideal candidate has strong BA experience in product-focused roles, proficiency in Figma, and a structured, system-oriented mindset to shape scalable software escrow solutions.

• Structured, analytical thinking linking usability, scalability and business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma with design systems familiarity.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a well-structured, functional product.
• Translate requirements into development specifications.
• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, acceptance criteria.
• Use the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components.
• Collaborate with Product Manager/Creative Director to research, analyze, and prototype features.
• Develop user cases, workflows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
• Document functional requirements and design guidelines for accurate implementation.

Job Description

As a Business Analyst with a strong product & design capability, your primary focus will be translating business requirements, customer needs, and internal processes into clear product specifications and intuitive user experiences. You will ensure that product decisions are logically sound, well-structured, and aligned with broader company goals. You’ll work at the intersection of business analysis, product management, design, and development - bridging the gap between structured requirements and seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a well-thought-out, logically structured, and functional product.
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications for development.
• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Make use of the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to research, analyse, and prototype new product features.
• Develop user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and system flows.
• Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• A structured and analytical approach -thinking beyond features to consider system logic, usability, scalability, and business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience with user journey mapping and workflow analysis.
• Ability to think in systems and identify gaps or inconsistencies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient written communication skills in English.
• Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.
