Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, CS, business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL skills including writing and optimizing queries, stored procedures, views, and joins (SQL Server preferred).
• Experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into data models, ETL logic, and reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for real-time KPIs.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
• Develop Python-based automation workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Design and support ETL pipelines to clean and transform data.
• Manage Power BI workspace permissions, data refreshes, and scheduling via Power Automate.
• Create ad hoc reports and analyses for decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and leadership to deliver solutions.
