Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support Cyber Primes cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and enterprise support for DHRA, DMDC, and OUSD(P&R). The role requires an active Secret clearance and will base in Seaside, CA and Alexandria, VA.

You will maintain documentation, develop risk management plans, and coordinate with government staff and contractors on requirements and reporting.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with a Secret clearance is required.
• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science or related field is required.
• Analyst I: 4+ years of experience; Analyst II: 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and current order documentation and support preparation of required plans, reports, and work artifacts.
• Develop and maintain the Risk Management Plan addressing cost, schedule, technical, project, program, security, operations, and technology risks.
• Document risks in the Government-approved risk management system and support weekly risk reviews with Government staff.
• Support meeting summaries and trip reports, including activity summaries, action items, travel purpose, and required receipts.
• Compile accurate status information for project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, corrective actions, personnel status, and Government actions.
• Serve as an interface with Government and contractor stakeholders to analyze business and reporting needs, document requirements, and coordinate procedures and communications.
