What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analysis, file management, and report validation
- Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports while meeting deadlines
- Investigate and resolve inaccuracies in data
- Prepare formulary files for RxWeb and related tools
- Communicate findings and analysis to peers and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy benefit management (PBM) and healthcare
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and formulas
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with the ability to identify anomalies and discrepancies
- 1+ years of experience with Medicare Part D and its guidance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RxCLAIM/AS400
- SQL work experience
- Knowledge of Medispan data system and GPI drug classification system
- Familiarity with prescription benefit, formulary, and clinical program design
