Job summary

Experis Manpower Group in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Business Analyst to work on-site three days per week on an initial 1½-year assignment. The role offers an hourly rate of 55.00 USD with benefits and a corp-to-corp alternative rate of 65.00 USD for eligible consultants.

You will gather business requirements, write user stories, coordinate testing, and translate needs into technical specifications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, designers, developers, and QA to ensure delivery on time

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Balasamiq, and MS Visio.
• Experience overseeing large project deliverables and milestones.
• Experience designing data models and application prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and technical requirements.
• Identify user stories and translate them into technical requirements as required.
• Develop user stories and break down requirements into deliverable functionality.
• Review the requirements with the stakeholders for their approval.
• Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination
• Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
• Make recommendations for improvements based on client feedback.
• Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time.
• Coordinate Testing of application
• Develop test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate QA testing and acceptance between QA staff, developers, and stakeholders.
• Implement information technology quality assurance standards.
