Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Business Analyst to support underwriting and financial analysis for Multifamily Client Services, delivering data-driven insights to inform pricing, forecasting and decision-making.

The role partners with Business Development, Regional Operations and executive leadership, building scalable analytics, improving reporting tools, and driving performance across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, econ, real estate, data analytics or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in business/financial analysis or multifamily property management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Experience with Claude, Copilot, or other AI tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description Summary

The Multifamily Client Services team is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making, business development initiatives, and operational performance across the Multifamily Asset Services platform. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 80,168.40 - $85,000.00
