Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Business Analyst to support underwriting and financial analysis for Multifamily Client Services, delivering data-driven insights to inform pricing, forecasting and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, econ, real estate, data analytics or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in business/financial analysis or multifamily property management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
  • Experience with Claude, Copilot, or other AI tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

The Multifamily Client Services team is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making, business development initiatives, and operational performance across the Multifamily Asset Services platform. This role serves as a key partner to Business Development, Regional Operations, and Executive Leadership by delivering data-driven insights, underwriting analysis, financial modeling, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Underwriting & Financial Analysis
  • Lead underwriting analysis for multifamily property management opportunities and client pursuits.

Qualifications
Required

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 80,168.40 - $85,000.00
