Job summary

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team. This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting a major modernization initiative with responsibilities across requirements, process mapping, and testing.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and help drive UAT and testing efforts while collaborating with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business analysis or process documentation experience.
• Experience creating process diagrams and workflow documentation.
• Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience writing test cases and test scripts.
• Hands-on functional testing experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future state business processes.
• Gather requirements and create user stories.
• Write acceptance criteria and test cases.
• Support functional testing and UAT coordination.
• Partner with business and technical teams.
• Create workflow diagrams and process maps.
• Track defects and verify issue resolution.
• Support training and documentation efforts.
