Business Analyst with Logistics & Supply Chain Experience

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and supporting customer onboarding, system enhancements, EDI integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires close coordination with business teams, customers, US IT and developers to deliver seamless logistics and supply‑chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and client’s logistics supply‑chain portal enhancement activities.
• Conduct regular meetings with business teams, customers and IT stakeholders.
• Gather, evaluate, and document business requirements (BRD) and obtain approvals.
• Analyze data and identify process or system improvement opportunities.
• Work on EDI mapping, coordination with third party EDI team and integration requirements.
• Communicate requirements and clarifications between business and development teams.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing and support implementation.
• Ensure smooth deployment and coordinate post‑go‑live support.

Skills & Qualifications
