Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst Lead/Specialist to support a large-scale project for a major utility client. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams, and vendors to capture requirements, document processes, and assist with testing and implementation activities.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, drives projects forward, and ensures business needs translate into concrete deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years related experience required.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Strong process documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting project implementations and testing efforts.
