Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking a Business Analyst-Level 1 on behalf of our client in Naperville, IL. This is a 1-year contract (W-2) role focusing on collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decisions and improve project execution.

You will assist with demand modeling, locational and segment analysis, develop reports, and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales by processing commercial agreements.
• Act as liaison between Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers.
• Analyze inbound requests for proposals and set up accounts.
• Gather usage data and manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes.
• Communicate effectively with all partners to ensure deliverables are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve end-to-end processes.

About the role: Location: Naperville, IL 60563

We're looking for a Business Analyst-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) Your will help collect, organizing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. Support special projects related to demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis. Develop reports and recommendations that help improve project execution and resource allocation. You would need to have research skills, and an organized approach to data processing and reporting. You will report to the onsite manager.

1-year contract assignment.(W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Employees in this role directly support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
• Primary responsibilities include acting as a liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers. This includes analyzing inbound requests for proposals, setting up accounts, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and handling any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding.
• Effectively communicate with all partners to ensure deliverable are met and accurately.
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments. Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility.
• Provide to Leadership on deliverables and status updates
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned
