Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a data analytics assistant to support the complaint management process and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

You'll use Excel and Microsoft tools to organize data, perform calculations, and create reports that aid decision-making. The role involves data validation, documentation tasks, and collaboration with team members on analytics projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel functions, formulas, pivots, charts and data manipulation.
• Ability to interpret datasets, derive insights, and support problem-solving.
• Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Power BI preferred.
