We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the fast-paced domain of financial technology and disputes processing. As a Business Analyst, you will facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business teams, project managers, development teams, and quality assurance teams. Your responsibilities include documenting, communicating, and transforming business requirements into actionable development tasks. This role requires a deep understanding of credit card dispute processing and the ability to implement design changes aligned with business requirements. You must understand the interfacing between applications and the complete dispute flow.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business teams, project managers, development, and QA teams to gather and document requirements.
2. Identify key features and dependencies, working closely with multiple development teams.
3. Utilize your knowledge of credit card dispute processing to analyze and propose design changes.
4. Write user stories to capture functional changes in dispute processing.
5. Work with development teams to review proposed changes and clarify questions.
6. Design new changes with clients and payment schemes, ensuring regulatory compliance.
7. Interpret and translate regulatory changes into system requirements using your Visa and client regulations knowledge.
8. Develop use cases, user stories, specifications, and requirement documents for developers.
9. Review requirements with developers and testing teams to ensure clarity.
10. Define requirements for new collections software and review existing software for missing features.
11. Link user journeys with test scripts, identifying quality gaps.
12. Validate test results against original requirements and address functional issues.
13. Provide post-implementation support and assist with backlog management.
