Job summary

Rockland Trust is seeking a Business Analyst Summer Intern to work on projects that support business strategies and data-driven decisions. You’ll partner with analysts, operations, tech teams, and leaders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver solutions with meaningful impact.

As a Business Analyst Summer Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working on projects that support business strategies, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across Rockland Trust. You'll partner with other business analysts,operations, business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders throughout the organization to analyze processes, gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver solutions that create meaningful impact.

At Rockland Trust, business analysts serve as connectors between people, processes, technology, and strategy. What You'll Do

Gain Exposure to Business Analysis & Strategic Problem-Solving

As a Business Analyst Summer Intern, you'll support initiatives that help improve processes, enhance customer and colleague experiences, and drive business performance. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to gather information, analyze data, document requirements, and help support projects that deliver value across the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Assist with gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
