SGS Technologie Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst for a long-term contract in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on standardizing processes, gathering and validating requirements, and creating detailed documentation and workflows to support system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of IT experience across the SDLC, plus strong data management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience across SDLC projects.
• 3+ years creating project artifacts and process flows.
• Experience with SaaS/COTS products.
• 5+ years in data management, data analysis, data governance, or related areas.
• 3+ years leading data-cleanup or data-quality initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate business process standardization and mapping sessions with SMEs.
• Gather, develop, monitor, and validate business/functional requirements.
• Create process flows, technical specifications, configuration guides, workflows, reports, and other project artifacts.
• Support conversions, upgrades, interfaces, application changes, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, contractors, and project leadership.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, metrics, and progress.
• Support UAT, production troubleshooting, change management, release management, and deployment activities.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify continuous improvements to business processes, tools, templates, and documentation.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports and project documentation.
• Facilitate meetings, lessons learned, transition activities, and knowledge transfer.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including operational, technical, managerial, and program teams.

Required Qualifications

Education

• 3+ years overall IT experience across SDLC projects.
• 3+ years developing project artifacts and process flows.
• Business analysis and process-flow development experience.
• Database and application design experience.
• Technical specification/documentation experience.
• System testing and UAT experience.
• Experience with SaaS/COTS products.
• Experience working with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with high-availability applications.
• 5+ years in data management, data analysis, data governance, database administration, or related areas.
• 3+ years planning/coordinating/leading data-cleanup or data-quality improvement activities.
