WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We have assignments available for our insurance carrier or MGA clients in Operations Business Analyst positions. Responsibilities may include:

• Liaising with operational areas such as underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, and IT.
• Translating customer requirements into clear, functional specifications for technical teams.
• Managing multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy lifecycle, including rating, quoting, issuing policies, and handling related activities.
• Developing operational KPIs and service standards.
• Processing transactions based on workflows dictated by line of business, state, and regulations.
• Analyzing and interpreting bureaus (ISO, AAIS, NCCI) and proprietary rates, rules, and forms — preferred but not required.
• Current knowledge of Cyber, Technology Errors and Omissions, and Privacy/Security Liability is highly desirable.
