Job description

Job Summary

The ERP Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and technical solutions within Infor LN ERP to meet new business requirements and challenges. The position maintains strong knowledge of business processes and Infor LN ERP and develops functional and technical requirements to ensure IT systems deliver the expected value to the business. This role requires hands-on involvement, excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and a strong customer focus.

Note: This role requires previous knowledge of LN or SyteLine. Candidates without experience using this software will not be considered qualified.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develops and maintains a functional knowledge of RTC business practices, acting as a subject matter expert.
  2. Demonstrates expertise in Infor LN ERP or Syteline, understanding system capabilities, data models, and relationships.
  3. Leads meetings with internal clients to gather requirements through interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, and business modeling.
  4. Designs innovative functional and technical solutions aligned with organizational goals to address business challenges, improving productivity and efficiency.
  5. Supports Infor LN ERP, including troubleshooting, resolving tickets, designing and implementing enhancements, providing user training, creating reports, and documentation.
  6. Develops and executes test plans for system upgrades and enhancements.
  7. Stays current with industry trends and best practices.
  8. Manages complex projects, facilitating meetings, leading initiatives, identifying risks, and maintaining documentation.

Required Professional Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or IT, or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-5 years of experience with Infor LN ERP or Syteline in a discrete manufacturing environment, with proven ability to analyze and research requirements.
  3. Knowledge of finance, manufacturing systems, supply chain, and logistics preferred.
  4. Strong analytical and project management skills, with an understanding of translating business needs into application requirements. PMP certification is a plus.
  5. Excellent data analysis skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
  6. Experience in client meetings, solution design, and project planning for timely, on-budget implementations.
  7. Strong communication, collaboration, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Compensation

The salary range is $70,143-$108,043, with potential for bonuses based on company performance. Actual salary depends on experience, skills, education, and market factors. Bonuses are pro-rated in the first year, and program rules may change.
