Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems administration and support.
• Experience in Incident Management and functional support at L1/L2.
• Knowledge of HRIS and HR technology solutions.
• Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Reporting and dashboard creation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Strong documentation and process management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
