Qualifications

• Mandatory: 4–7 years as a Business Analyst.
• BA with in-depth SNAP, HEAP, PA Eligibility, Enrollment, and Fiscal Processing, plus Case Management for Foster Care/Adult Protective Services.
• Experience as BA on mainframe modernization and state/local health and human services impacts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document to-be system requirements using IES methodology.
• Analyze legacy mainframe systems and document findings.
• Meet with state agency/local district stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Produce work products aligned with business needs and timelines.
