Requested Qualifications

• 84 Months of experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs using various analysis techniques and converting them into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, report requirements, and business rules.
• 84 Months of experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts to communicate requirements, including end-user documentation, business cases, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, report mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
• 84 Months of experience facilitating requirements workshops, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and structured walkthroughs, ensuring that requirements are understood, communicated, and met.
• 72 Months of experience managing requirements throughout the requirements management lifecycle, including creating and executing a requirements management plan, maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), establishing requirements baselines, and managing requirements change control.
• 72 Months of experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 36 Months of experience working with databases, writing SQL queries, and performing data analysis.
• 36 Months of experience working on healthcare and billing applications.
• Required Certification: Scrum Master Accredited Certification.
