Serve You Rx is in search of a Business Analyst II. The Business Analyst is responsible for planning and leading business, operational, IT and financial projects. They will Identify and document business needs and requirements. The BA designs, tests, and implements new systems and modifies existing systems to meet business needs. Responsibilities also include research, selection, and compilation of data.
This is a remote position.
What You’ll Do
As the Business Analyst II, you will:
- Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with key partners such as operations and IT.
- Manage and lead a variety of operational, systems and technology projects. Work with end-users to determine business requirements and ensure that information systems support business needs. Recommend new systems and enhancements.
- Coordinate requirements gathering with users (internal, external) to define and develop new business applications and updates to existing applications, document the requirements and process flow for use by those teams.
- Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact, along with translating highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
- Identify and plan project schedules including project milestones/phases. Lead the formation of Project Team, including Executive Sponsor, Steering Committee and Work Group.
- Influence leadership to adopt new ideas, products and/or approaches.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports.
- Coordinate maintenance and support of existing applications including direct end user support, testing, and verification of bugs, managing bug fixes, updating training materials, retraining, identifying, and defining enhancements end user customer demonstrations and end user customer training.
- As part of overall process improvement, works with user groups to develop end to end process maps, define application requirements, new work standard procedures to support new process which can increase productivity. Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
- Mentor and assist in training other team members who are part of the team. May direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of previous business analysis and/or related information technology experience and project related experience with a focus on leading/driving projects; previous experience in Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management, Healthcare, Claims or Payment Integrity experience preferred.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
