Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst II with a strong foundation in Python, SQL, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on analytics experience and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and deliver meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in Python, including libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Scikit-Learn, Requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, openpyxl, rapidfuzz.
• Proficient in SQL, with experience in writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Background in industries such as Petroleum, Chemical, or similar disciplines.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools.
