Job summary

RELX is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Business Units, gather and analyze requirements, and map current and future processes for Salesforce-driven projects that deliver measurable business value.

You will facilitate workshops, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with developers through the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirements elicitation sessions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business documentation.
• Document and analyze current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') business processes.
• Identify process improvements, business gaps, and solution opportunities.
• Support Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution evaluation, testing, and implementation activities.

About The Role:

The Business Analyst will partner with Business Units to support technology projects that deliver business value and align with organizational objectives. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting current and future state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting solution delivery.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Business Analyst experience within an IT environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience documenting business and functional requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications
• ISEB Business Analyst certification (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancement projects.
• must demonstrate hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
