Azusa Solutions seeks a Business Analyst I to join a team delivering IT systems for NYC's DSS/ITS. The role focuses on requirements, security considerations, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure deliverables align with business needs.

The position requires on-site work in Brooklyn, NY, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration, documentation, and supporting security-related infrastructure and access controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in business analysis and IT systems.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze requirements and define deliverables.
• Familiarity with security remediation and vulnerability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop business and technical requirements for projects.
• Analyze requirements with stakeholders and document them.
• Administer user access to security software and install client software.
• Support SAS/Q-Flow infrastructure and user access.
• Create new users, group memberships and responsibilities.
• Resolve hardware/software issues and monitor systems.
• Work with vendors to resolve issues and assist with SME input.
• Contribute to user stories and break down requirements into software changes.
