Job description

Position Purpose:

Perform various analyses and interpretations to link business needs and objectives for the assigned function.

1. Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers, and user acceptance testing of new systems.
2. Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes.
3. Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions, and assist with implementation.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
5. Comply with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of experience in business process analysis or data analysis. Project management experience is preferred.

Member & Provider Solutions:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of experience in business process analysis (e.g., documenting business processes, gathering requirements) within the healthcare industry and/or customer service or enrollment functions. Agile experience is preferred. Experience managing projects.

Pay Range: $26.50 - $47.59 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
