Job summary

V-Soft Consulting is hiring a Business Analyst I for our client in Spartanburg, SC. The role focuses on supporting authentication platforms, MFA and IAM, with responsibilities including creating technical documentation and automated test scripts using Postman.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT security, system integrity, and enterprise-scale environments, and will contribute to security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Business Analyst I for our premier client Spartanburg, SC.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
• Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.
• Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity & Access Management
• (IAM) technologies.
• Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
• Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Postman and automated testing is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale or global IT environments is highly preferred.
• Experience with authentication platforms such as OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar solutions is a plus
