Insight Global is seeking a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to support one of our Financial Services clients. This BA will work directly with a dedicated product team across three key product lines: Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Prescription Drug.

In this role, the Sr. BA will play a critical part in shaping business requirements, writing user stories, ensuring CMS‑aligned process accuracy, and driving alignment between product, business, and IT teams. They will help translate complex Medicare business rules into actionable technical solutions and support delivery across multiple initiatives impacting member experience, compliance, and plan operations.

• Partner with Product Owners and business leaders across Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Prescription Drug to gather requirements, assess impacts, and translate needs into clear, well‑defined user stories.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Medicare business teams and IT to ensure shared understanding of regulatory requirements, dependencies, and technical constraints.
• Manage and maintain the Jira backlog across all three Medicare product lines, including story creation, refinement, acceptance criteria, and workflow tracking.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives) to support delivery cadence and cross‑team coordination.
• Conduct Medicare‑specific process analysis, identifying gaps, compliance considerations, and upstream/downstream system impacts (e.g., enrollment, billing, claims, pharmacy).
• Document functional specifications, workflows, data mapping, and process diagrams to support development and testing teams.
• Support QA and UAT by validating acceptance criteria, ensuring CMS‑related scenarios are covered, and assisting with defect triage.
• Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders regarding timelines, scope changes, delivery risks, and cross‑product impacts.
• Ensure requirements and solutions adhere to CMS guidelines, regulatory timelines, and audit expectations, especially related to MA, Med Supp, and Part D processes.
