Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in McLean, VA is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead AI-enabled digital programs, translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, and collaborate with Salesforce, product, and technology teams. The role emphasizes Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and governance for responsible AI.

You’ll shape requirements for customer-facing platforms, leveraging GenAI and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for complex digital programs.
• Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business needs across business, product, technology, and vendor teams.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working on Salesforce-based programs, preferably Experience Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery models.
• Experience supporting member-facing or customer-facing digital platforms, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proficient in using AI tools to improve productivity and write user stories that are created by AI using prompts.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and balance priorities across projects.
• Excellent documentation skills using JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions across business, product, and technology teams.
• Translate business needs into clear, delivery-ready user stories and functional specifications.
• Work with UX, development, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and implemented as intended.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews with prioritized requirements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce implementation teams, and mobile development teams.
• Ensure traceability between business objectives and delivered functionality.
• Support change management by updating documentation as requirements evolve.
