Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior AI Architect in Houston to lead client engagements on AI strategy, governance, and architecture across enterprise platforms. You will partner with CIOs and AI leadership to shape AI roadmaps and transformation programs.

You will drive solution concepts, PoCs, and MVPs, connecting AI capabilities to real business value while coordinating across enterprise teams and vendor ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft AI Ecosystem and cloud-native AI architectures.
• Ability to shape AI use cases, PoCs, MVPs, and enterprise AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between AI leadership, business stakeholders, and TCS AI ecosystem.
• Build executive relationships with CIOs and data leaders.
• Advise on AI strategy, GenAI adoption, governance, and roadmaps.
• Drive AI-led account growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

• Must have experience with Microsoft AI Ecosystem : Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft Data Stack, Purview, Entra ID.
• Well versed with Cloud Architecture. Must have good understanding on Cloud-native AI architectures, AI deployment patterns, Enterprise integrations, API enablement, Microservice on Azure or AWS Architecture.
• Capable to solution AI Architecture, should independently be able to shape AI Use Cases, PoCs, MVPs, Business Cases, Enterprise AI Architectures, Value Realization Models
• Good understanding on Data and Analytics : Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Data Governance, Data engineering, Real time Analytics on tools like Fabric, Synapse, Data Bricks or Snowflake.
• Good understanding of AI Governance and Security
• Preferably from Oil and Gas industry with understanding on Business Processes like Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Manufacturing Field operations.
• Serve as the primary interface between Customers's AI leadership, business stakeholders, and TCS AI ecosystem.
• Build executive relationships with CIO, CDO, CTO, Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI leaders.
• Advise customer leadership on AI strategy, GenAI adoption, Agentic AI, AI governance, and enterprise AI roadmaps.
• Act as a strategic consultant to identify business challenges that can be solved through AI-enabled solutions.
• Drive AI-led account growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
• Translate customer requirements into AI solution concepts and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
• Position TCS as a strategic innovation partner by introducing new AI capabilities and solution offerings.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Salary Range: $220,000 - $240,000 a year
