Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking a seasoned UX/UI Engineer with 8-11 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy accessible, responsive interfaces for enterprise-grade applications and AI agent solutions leveraging the AWS ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, architects, and backend teams, bringing strong UX research and hands-on front-end development skills to the table.

Qualifications

• 8-11 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, front-end engineering, or full-stack application development.
• Strong proficiency with UX research, user journeys, wireframes, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing.
• Experience using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience creating reusable design systems, component libraries, style guides, and accessible interfaces aligned with WCAG principles.

• Experience designing interfaces for GenAI assistants, conversational applications, RAG solutions, or autonomous AI agents.
• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments such as banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
• Knowledge of front-end automated testing, performance optimization, analytics instrumentation, and secure coding practices.
