Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 2-3 years of experience with software systems.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, reporting, or optimization.
• Experience in steel or metal related industry.

Responsibilities

• Support software systems and assist in design, documentation, and maintenance.
• Support applications that integrate with Microsoft D365 or other NRF software.
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Optimize system performance to maximize automation and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional discussions between business and IT teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and manage process change requests.
• Manage end-to-end projects from scope to deployment.
• Provide guidance on best practices in functional design and safety policies.
