Job summary

Nucor Rebar Fabrication is seeking a Business Analyst to support and enhance our operations at the Fort Wayne facility. You will design, document, and maintain software solutions, translate business needs into scalable processes, and optimize system performance with D365 integrations.

Collaborate across IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and successful end-to-end project delivery while upholding safety policies and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 2–3 years of experience with software systems.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance requirements analysis, documentation, reporting, or process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Support software systems, design, documentation, and maintenance.
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Optimize system performance to maximize automation and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional discussions between business and IT.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and change management.
