Job summary

Univio is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our e-commerce projects. You will analyze client needs, define effective solutions, and work closely with the delivery team to ensure requirements are understood and met throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes creating precise business-technical documentation, training clients and users, and supporting sales processes. Fluency in English and experience with external clients are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of the IT environment and Magento 2 Open Source.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Ability to define project requirements (DoD, DoR, acceptance criteria).
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN for modeling.
• Experience supporting sales processes.
• Knowledge of integrations with PIM, ERP, and payment providers.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence and collaboration with developers.
• Fluent English and experience working with external clients.
