Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with case management systems or enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience developing and maintaining automated document templates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and system dependencies.
• Elicit and document detailed requirements, specifications, and use cases.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Create and test automated document templates with conditional logic and data mappings.
• Support UAT and coordinate stakeholder validation.
