Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
• Experience translating high-level business requirements into functional specs for IT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze partner operations to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Assist in business process redesign and doc development for new tech.
• Translate requirements into IT functional specs and manage changes.
• Facilitate communication between business units and IT from requirements to implementation.
• Align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Support moderately complex business processes.
• Assist project managers with project plans and tools.
• Lead smaller projects, including planning and facilitation.
• Conduct feasibility studies on cost/benefit, efficiency, and viability.
• Coach less experienced staff.
