Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill a Senior Business Analyst role focused on the Digital Banking space in Buffalo. This is a 12-month contract with potential to extend or convert, and the position is hybrid, operating in Buffalo, New York.

You will lead requirements, document process flows, coordinate stakeholders, and work closely with engineering and QA teams to modernize digital banking experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level experience as a Functional Business Analyst with full project lifecycle ownership.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements, develop process flows, and coordinate complex testing and validation efforts.
• Banking industry experience with Digital Banking domain expertise to ensure immediate productivity.
• Digital technology background with understanding of APIs, batch processing, and database concepts to support engineering teams.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Miro, and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office capabilities for business documentation and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration (training available).
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering groups and technical teams.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis or related disciplines are a strong plus.

• Support the decommissioning of legacy services while modernizing digital banking customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Lead business requirements gathering from project inception through continuous development cycles.
• Document detailed process flows that enable development and engineering teams to build effectively.
• Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program objectives forward with the Product Owner.
• Manage testing, validation, and deployment coordination to ensure features meet customer expectations and quality standards.
• Partner with QA and backend teams to maintain safeguards and validation checkpoints throughout the release process.
• Triage defects with engineers and the Product Owner to prioritize remediation and maintain product quality.
• Support deployment readiness by completing required paperwork and ensuring all release criteria are met.
• Serve as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation for engineering teams.

This is a 12-month contract with good potential to extend and/or convert and will be hybrid in Buffalo, New York. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Need to Have:

Pay Range: $35-45+/hr
