Qualifications

• Understanding of full workstreams and ability to surface efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, determine, validate, and document requirements and processes for completeness and conformance to IT standards.
• Provide recommendations for process improvement initiatives.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specs for project teams.
• Create implementation plans for incorporating new requirements into existing processes.
• Develop value stream mapping and contribute to process transformation efforts.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports to surface key metrics for stakeholders.
