Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Customer Analytics professional to support all functions by leveraging customer data to identify opportunities and answer business questions. You will become the SME for the TSC Customer Database across business partners, building and interpreting dashboards and reports weekly.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data structuring input, and end-user training for new reports and dashboards within a normal office setting.
This role is responsible for supporting all functional areas related to customer analytics. This role will use customer data to help identify opportunities, improve broader understanding, and answer business questions related to our customers. In addition, this role is expected to be a subject matter expert in the TSC Customer Database for all business partners.
Experience: 3+ years experience in Retail Analytics or related business.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Statistics, Finance or equivalent experience. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
