Job summary

BrezQ is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for CRM & AI Solutions in Foster City, CA. The role requires deep CRM discipline across Salesforce, Veeva, or Dynamics 365, plus strong AI/automation exposure.

You will partner with product, tech, and commercial teams to design AI-enabled CRM improvements. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years as a BA with 4+ years in CRM, and a background in Life Sciences commercial operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst, with 4+ years on CRM platforms.
• Strong Life Sciences commercial operations exposure, medical affairs, and customer engagement processes.
• Solid grasp of AI, Generative AI, Copilot, automation, and engagement analytics.
• Expert in elicitation, gap analysis, and workshop facilitation.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery, UAT, and data/CRM integration workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify AI-enabled process optimizations and customer engagement transformations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, map end-to-end CRM workflows, and translate needs into specs and user stories.
• Support evaluation, PoCs, and rollouts for AI initiatives (Copilot, Generative AI, Einstein) across commercial ops.
• Drive Agile/Scrum execution in Jira/Azure DevOps, define acceptance criteria, oversee UAT and change management.

Location: Foster City, CA 94404 (Onsite First Preference)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, product teams, and tech units to identify AI-enabled process optimizations and customer engagement transformation.
• Requirements & Process Mapping: Facilitate discovery workshops, map end-to-end CRM workflows, and translate complex needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• AI & Innovation Execution: Support evaluation, proof-of-concepts, and rollouts for AI initiatives (Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Salesforce Einstein) across commercial operations.
• Agile SDLC & Adoption: Drive Agile/Scrum execution in Jira/Azure DevOps, define acceptance criteria, lead UAT, and oversee change management, training, and business adoption.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years as a Business Analyst, with 4+ years dedicated to CRM platforms (Veeva CRM, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365).
• Domain Expertise: Strong grounding in Life Sciences commercial operations, medical affairs, and customer engagement processes.
• AI & Modern Tech Exposure: Solid grasp of AI, Generative AI, Copilot, intelligent automation, and customer engagement analytics.
• Core BA Toolkit: Expertise in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping, and workshop facilitation.
• Delivery & Governance: Proven experience supporting Agile delivery teams, UAT, user adoption, and data/CRM integration workflows.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Experience with Veeva Vault or the broader Veeva ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, or Salesforce Einstein.
• Exposure to regulatory, compliance, and data governance standards within Life Sciences.
• Experience working across distributed US and offshore teams.
