Job description

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide Outreach and Relationship Management to support Agile and DevSecOps environments, including:

  1. Developing, maintaining, delivering, and executing a comprehensive plan for customer outreach and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  2. Defining plans, processes, and methods for managing coordination and communication with stakeholder communities.
  3. Supporting stakeholder coordination and communication regarding activities, schedules, testing, and service capabilities to increase awareness, customer confidence, and satisfaction.
  4. Developing plans, processes, tools, and techniques to collect user feedback and customer satisfaction data (e.g., surveys, questionnaires); analyzing results; identifying opportunities for improvement; and reporting findings to the Sponsor.

*Position is contingent upon Spring 2025 contract award*

Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
  • BA/BS degree with 8+ years of experience; Masters with 6+ years; or an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM system configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with data reporting and analytics tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This range is based on experience and other factors.
