This position will play a pivotal role in strategy execution and technology enablement initiatives. This role combines responsibilities of a Business Analyst, Project Manager and Business Intelligence with a focus on supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions to transform and add value to the business.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Advise on development processes and implementation of technologies across various platforms.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology and real estate professionals, to optimize business performance through data-driven insights.
  3. Gather and analyze business requirements for projects; work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate feedback into functional solutions.
  4. Analyze business problems and draft requirements to recommend process improvements to management.
  5. Create and maintain documentation including design, requirements, and user manuals.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks, and streamline data workflows.
  7. Administer business intelligence applications, including software maintenance, user setup, security, and site management before, during, and after releases.
  8. Perform other activities as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, finance, accounting, business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years in a senior or equivalent role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and asset management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a keen understanding of CRE dynamics.
  • Basic knowledge of deal types and complex debt positions.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The annual full-time base salary range is $81,000 - $125,000, with compensation determined through interviews and relevant experience. Benefits include PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
