Job summary

Job Overview

Experienced BillingCenter Business Analyst to support multiple projects. As a business analyst, your day-to-day activities involve Business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for software implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements for both existing and new applications, while also supporting testing activities as needed.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsExperience with P&C Insurance platforms, preferably Guidewire or other platforms like Duck Creek, Majesco, etc is highly preferred
• Familiarity with IIBA BABoK concepts, methodologies, and tools
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field
